Grow Well is a 5 week gardening for wellbeing course that provides the opportunity to be outdoors, connect with nature, learn new gardening skills, build confidence and meet new people in a beautiful and peaceful community garden.

Facilitated by Louise from Serenity Wellbeing Gardens, everyone will be made to feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. The Outback is a safe, accessible, relaxed and understanding space to enjoy spending time in. You will have the opportunity to take part in both indoor and outdoor seasonal gardening activities suitable to all ages and abilities.

No experience of gardening is necessary and light refreshments will be provided.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
