Online Only Courses with the Recovery College
This learning seminar aims to help you understand depression, how it affects you and how you can start to feel better. Designed by colleagues from Kirklees Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service alongside a Recovery College volunteer with lived experience of depression, the workshop provides tips and techniques for lifting your mood and breaking the vicious cycle of depression.
Learners from Calderdale and Kirklees are welcome on this session.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
