Partner Online Courses

Join us for this general anxiety workshop. This course has been written by Recovery & Wellbeing College volunteers and IAPT staff so offers an insight into anxiety from the perspective of those who experience anxiety and professionals who help people live with it.

The workshop will discuss some of the symptoms, explore the reasons why we feel anxious and ways to combat the feelings. You’ll leave the course with more understanding about anxiety and tools to support your own wellbeing and help manage your anxiety.

You’ll receive a printed workbook with activities and information to read and work through in your own time, supported by the MS Teams meeting.
