Welcome to our weekly update. Here you can find out what is on offer from the Recovery & Wellbeing College and other community organisations as well as some useful information.

Next week 4th February marks– Time to Talk Day with the aim of ending mental health discrimination. A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference. The more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down, helping to end the isolation, shame and worthlessness too many people with mental health problems are made to feel.

Time to Talk day is the day to get the nation talking about mental health.

Thank you everyone who filled out our recent survey. We had a good number of people who took the time to give us some feedback on what we are currently doing. You told us you really valued the Newsletter – Keeping Connected, the weekly update and many of you commented on the quality and usefulness of the Workbook we print and send for the blended learning courses. It is good to know we are moving in the right direction. We are always open to feedback and improving what we do.
