Although we are closed, we are running some home leaning over the Christmas period called “The 12 Days of Wellness”. You have the option to join a closed Facebook group to encourage others and share ideas over Christmas as well as a printed journal/workbook with a daily wellness challenge. Please sign up here before the end of Monday 21st Dec for a printed pack:
Christmas can be a lonely time and this year is going to be a tough one. We are keeping our discussion about loneliness going by joining in a national campaign #letstalklonliness. Click the link to find out more:
Free Online Christmas Day Activities
In these uncertain times, WEA staff will be providing FREE online activities on Christmas Day for everyone. Short activities will run throughout the day and will provide fun and a chance to chat. So whether you are feeling lonely or needing a moment away from the busy family, the WEA will be there for you this Christmas.
Activities will take place on Zoom, meaning you can engage in a safe space with friendly faces from the comfort of your own home.
Please watch this space for up and coming courses in January and beyond
Have a great festive holiday, stay safe and reach out
