Welcome to our weekly update.

This is instead of sending daily links. Here you will find a lot of useful and helpful information that will help you through this difficult time.

The good news this week is that we are starting face to face courses click here to find out more about this. We will advertise these 4-5 weeks in advance and weekly – if we have space left to fill.

Men’s Mental Health

In collaboration with State in Mind Sport and the West Yorkshire and Harrogate (WY&H) Health and Care Partnership, Great Minds is a project that will be delivering online zoom 1 hours sessions looking at basic mental fitness, stress management, building resilience, exploring emotional intelligence and anger management as part of the WY&H Health and Care Partnership’s suicide prevention work.
