Wellbeing tools

Come and join us for this popular Mindful Mandala drawing course.  Over four weeks, with the help of our wonderful Creative Practitioner, Sara, and ‘Friend of the College’ Marina, we will learn how being creative and making mandala patterns as a mindful activity can help improve our sense of wellbeing.  This activity can be used as a tool to stay well, by discovering how to be present in the moment and allowing us to take respite from any worries or difficult emotions.

Throughout the course we will discover a little about the history and culture of mandala patterns and learn how to master this deceptively simple drawing technique.  Whether you are a complete beginner or have more experience, everyone is welcome and all materials are provided.

If you are already enrolled with the College, to book your place please email ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk

If you are new to the Recovery & Wellbeing College, please enrol here.
