Taking some time out to focus on a mindful and creative activity can really help enhance our sense of wellbeing. So come and join us for this six-week online course. We will learn simple, mindful drawing techniques including neurographica, mark making and repetitive patterns. No previous drawing experience is required for this relaxing course, which will be facilitated by our wonderful, Creative Practitioner, Sara Rose.
Please note, if you have not done a similar online Doodle course before, a resource pack will be posted out to you, with all the equipment you will need to complete this course. Otherwise, a list of resources needed will be sent to you in advance of the course.
