Step into the world of gardening and well-being with Grow Well, a relaxing taster session that invites you to unwind outdoors, connect with nature, and discover new gardening skills. Set in a tranquil and beautiful community garden, Grow Well offers the perfect opportunity to build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy the soothing benefits of being surrounded by plants.
Guided by Louise from Serenity Wellbeing Gardens, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, friendly, and inclusive environment. The Outback is a safe, accessible space where you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor gardening activities, all designed to suit every age and ability. No prior gardening experience is required and light refreshments will be provided, so come along, relax, and take home a renewed sense of well-being!

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
