R.I.S.E. – Reframe, Ignite, Shift, Empower
· R: Redefine Beliefs – Explore where your limiting beliefs come from, reflect on how past experiences shape you, and transform your mindset to unlock new possibilities.
· I: Ignite Confidence – Develop positive self-belief and enhance your self-esteem to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
· S: Strengthen Growth – Learn tools and strategies to address personal challenges and foster ongoing personal growth.
· E: Empower Yourself – Create a clear, actionable plan to move forward and take meaningful steps toward the future you desire.
Please be aware that as part of the course you will be encouraged to reflect on your own experiences and challenges, and you may hear the experiences and challenges that others in the group have been through, if they choose to share them.
Due to funding from Kirklees Success Centre priority will be given to learners living in Kirklees.
