Keeping Connected and the Weekly Update

Welcome to the Weekly Update and Keeping Connected.

Welcome to the weekly update and this month’s edition of our fab newsletter, Keeping Connected.  As the leaves begin to turn and the days grow shorter, we’re embracing the season of change with a focus on Menopause Awareness. Autumn is a wonderful time to pause, reflect, and explore new ways to care for our wellbeing — together.  In this month’s Someone Like Me feature, our brilliant volunteer Vicky shares her honest and uplifting experience of perimenopause. We’re also proud to include a moving poem from learner Paul, offering a heartfelt reflection on facing the past and finding strength for the future. We hope these stories resonate with you as much as they did with us.

We’re absolutely delighted by the fantastic response to our October courses, so much so that many are already fully booked! If you’ve missed out this time, please don’t worry there’s still lots to look forward to in the weeks ahead. The best way to stay in the loop is by checking our website regularly, where you’ll find all the latest updates and booking info. And if a course you’re interested in is full, do let us know—we’ll keep you in mind if a space opens up or if the course runs again (which it often does!).

Thanks for being such a valued part of our Recovery College community. We’re so glad you’re here, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
