Creating Connections: understanding loneliness
Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield, WF14 9SG

Wellbeing tools
Feeling disconnected or alone at times is something many of us experience, but it doesn’t have to be a permanent state. In this warm and welcoming course, our friendly and supportive facilitators, Karen and Jade, will help us explore what loneliness really means and how it differs from social isolation.
Together, we’ll uncover practical ways to build meaningful relationships, strengthen our sense of belonging, and feel more at ease in our own company. You’ll be supported in creating your own personalised plan to stay socially engaged, whether that’s through community, creativity, or moments of self-reflection.
So come along and join us for this three week journey as we rediscover connection, community and self-compassion.
