Wellbeing tools
Music is a wonderful thing and can greatly enhance our sense of wellbeing. On this fun and interactive three-week course we’ll discover how music can help us better manage our emotions and connect with others. Using a variety of ways to listen to our treasured tracks including vinyl and online, we’ll have the opportunity to share our fave tunes and explore how and why they impact on our personal wellbeing. With the help and support of our friendly facilitators, we will take a trip down memory lane but will also discover some new artists and skills along the way including how we can use music to positively influence our mood. So, join us as we create our own personal playlists to help us to feel happier and more connected.
Due to demand and to ensure we are being fair to everyone, priority will be given to learners who have not previously attended the My Music Journey course.
