During this one-off session, we will look at the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Together we will discover how connecting with others, being active and learning and trying new experiences can have a positive impact on our wellbeing. We will also learn how giving to others and taking notice can also give our mood a boost. This two-hour workshop will give you a taster of some practical self-help techniques and coping mechanisms to use at times of stress.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
