Breathe Deeper
Ravensleigh Resource Unit, Dewsbury, 28 Oxford Road, Dewsbury, WF13 4LL

Wellbeing tools
This course is a follow-on from our introductory breathwork workshop, Breathe Deep, and offers more time to explore, practice, and connect. Over four weeks, with the help and support of Peer Worker, Laura, we’ll discover how our breath can support our wellbeing. In this hands-on course, we’ll learn simple ways to use our breath to feel calmer, more energised, and balanced — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
We will:
- Learn how breathing affects our body and mind, especially our nervous system
- Try out belly breathing (also called diaphragmatic breathing) and other breathwork techniques
- Notice the benefits of breathing well while learning in a supportive group setting
- Develop practical tools to use in everyday life to help reduce stress, boost energy, and support emotional wellbeing.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or would like to deepen your practice, this course provides a powerful foundation for growth and to improve your overall health.
