Yoga: Moving into Happiness

Online

Wellbeing tools

Join us, as together we discover the various tools and techniques of Yoga. Using ‘The 10 Keys to Happier Living, by Vanessa King ’ as a theme, we’ll explore wellbeing through yoga, blending together breathing practices, gentle flowing movement, meditation, reflection and journaling. With the help and support of our fabulous Recovery Coach, Laura, we’ll discover sustainable wellbeing tools and ways to incorporate yoga into our everyday lives. The practice of yoga can help calm the mind, improve sleep, increase concentration and relieve symptoms of Depression. It also helps to increase strength and flexibility as we physically work to keep our bodies moving.

This class provides fully accessible practices as movements can be adapted and joining from a chair is encouraged.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing during sessions and you will be required to complete a health questionnaire before attending.

There will be recorded content for learners to use at home too.
