Would you like to create beautiful artwork but you don’t know where to start?

Neu to Doodles is part of our extremely popular Drawing for Wellbeing series. You will learn simple, mindful drawing techniques including Neurographica, Mark Making, Repetitive Patterns and Zendoodles.

No drawing experience or skill is needed for this relaxing face-to-face course, which will be facilitated by our Creative Practitioner Sara Rose.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
