Recovery College Blended Learning Courses
This 6-week course is designed to help you recognise the importance of practicing self-care, finding balance in your life and discovering your own personal wellness tools to help you live life well. During the course you will explore the hierarchy of needs, we will look at positive and negative thoughts and their impact. We will discuss simple tools and strategies to help you deal with the highs and lows of life. The course will culminate in the development of your own personal wellbeing toolkit, so each learner is armed with their own unique activities to support positive mental wellbeing.
This course will be delivered on MS Teams and you will receive a supportive workbook and art materials through the post.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
