Recovery College Blended Learning Courses
This 6-week course is designed to help you balance your life and realise the importance of acceptance. Covid-19 has had a profound effect on many peoples lives. Making the concept of wellbeing tools even more important. During the course you will explore the hierarchy of needs and create your own personal pyramid. This will then evolve to discuss positive and negative thoughts, their impact and simple tools to help you deal with the highs and lows. Balancing is the next stage of the course where you will explore ways to balance these effectively and sympathetically.
The course will include a supportive workbook, art materials pack and weekly MS Teams sessions.
Finally, the course will culminate in the development of your own personal wellbeing toolkit, so each learner is armed with your own unique activities to support positive mental wellbeing.
