My development
Delivered by our partners at the Richmond Fellowship, this 2 week course looks at how we communicate. Together we will discuss the practical tools and techniques to help us improve our communication skills and to learn how to be more assertive. It is important to understand that assertiveness is not the same as being negative or aggressive. When used appropriately it can enable us to communicate our needs, wants or expectations in a reasonable, assured and confident manner.
Please note that due to funding, this course is open to Kirklees residents only.
