Join us for this fun four-week course, where together we will discover the many benefits of getting our bodies moving. Delivered by the lovely Sophie, from SS Dance & Wellbeing this new course is perfect for those of us who maybe struggling to get back into physical activity, who have lost the motivation for exercise or worry about lack of co-ordination. This course offers the opportunity for us to ‘dance until we feel better’ through a fusion of urban, aerobic, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and international dance styles.

The sessions will conclude with a short journaling exercise, using a Self-Discovery Wellness Workbook that will enhance our awareness of our own wellbeing, enabling us to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

This course is suitable for all abilities (and can be done seated) and everyone is able to work at their own pace.

You will be asked to complete a short physical health questionnaire before being booked onto the course. This must be completed before you attend so any support needs or concerns regarding your physical health can be discussed with the facilitator.
