We would love you to meet us and find out more about the “A Plan for Living Well” course. This is an opportunity for you to see if the course is right for you before you fully commit to attending the full 8 sessions.
We will explain what the course is about in more detail and what is required of you in terms of commitment and in supporting others on the course.
Come and meet the facilitators and hear about how wellness planning has helped them to remain well and resilient and connected with others.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
