Delivered by our partners at The Richmond Fellowship, this two week course will help learners to discover how to improve feelings of self worth and to build their self esteem. Together we will look at practical ways to maintain and increase our resilience against the stressors and strains of daily life and learn how to weather those storms!
Please be aware that due to funding from The Richmond Fellowship this course is only for learners living in Kirklees.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
