Weekly Update

Welcome to the weekly update!
Connecting with Others This Festive Season
The festive season can be a time of joy and togetherness, but it’s important to remember that it can also feel overwhelming or lonely for some. If this time of year feels difficult, you’re not alone. Reaching out—whether it’s a simple message, a shared cup of tea, or joining a group activity—can make a big difference. Connection doesn’t have to be big or perfect; small gestures matter. And if you need space, that’s okay too—taking care of yourself is just as important.
Making plans can really help. Booking onto one of our courses or taking up the community offer below is a great way to create something positive to look forward to.
Let’s look out for each other and create moments of kindness and understanding this season.
