Jo Cox House, (side entrance) Batley, 90 Commercial Street, Batley, WF17 5DS

Wellbeing tools
Join us and our partners at TCD for this one-off taster session that combines movement and conversation to boost mental and physical health. This fab workshop encourages us to engage in fun, physical activities to improve our mood and fitness, followed by open, informal wellbeing chats. These discussions provide an opportunity for us to share experiences, discuss mental health and build connections, fostering a sense of community and support, all within a save and supportive environment.
Information will also be provided about the weekly Luke’s Lads Group and how attending this can help us build on our recovery journeys.
This session is for those who identify as male and all abilities are welcome.
