Improving Your Sleep

Online courses

This introductory online workshop, delivered by our colleagues at Wakefield Recovery College, could be for you if you’re interested in understanding ways of improving your sleep. During the workshop we will be talking about:

  • Stages of sleep
  • How and why sleep may be disrupted
  • Some techniques which people have found helpful for improving their sleep

The workshop will be facilitated by a team including a person who has experience of poor sleep and a person with professional expertise in this area.

Please note that we also regularly offer a workshop about sleep in partnership with Kirklees Talking Therapies. The next date for that workshop will be during May, taking place in person at Folly Hall in Huddersfield – keep your eyes on the website for more details!
