Finding Calm in a Digital World
Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield, WF14 9SG

Wellbeing tools
In today’s hyperconnected world, our digital habits can shape how we feel, think, and relate to others. This 3-week course explores the impact of technology on mental health and offers practical strategies to help participants regain balance, clarity, and calm. Through engaging discussions, reflective activities, and wellbeing tools, we’ll learn how to use technology more mindfully—and even discover how it can support our recovery journey.
Each 2-hour session blends psychoeducation, group conversation, and Recovery College values of empowerment, choice, and hope.
