Food and Wellbeing: Your Voice

My health and me

We all have a relationship with food. For some of us, this relationship can be complicated and comes with some difficult emotions. In this one-off workshop, our Recovery Coaches Laura and Paul will guide a discussion to share your thoughts and experiences around your relationship with food. We’ll share ideas, listen to each other’s experiences, explore ways to cope, and what’s challenging. Your experiences and opinions will help shape future courses.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is intended to gather experiences and ideas rather than provide specialist support for eating disorders. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder, or think you may have one, please contact us before enrolling so we can discuss whether the workshop is right for you at this time.

Important Information: The Project Colt venue is in a converted mill, the building is in the process of being improved so that it is more accessible. In the meantime, if you struggle to climb stairs please get in touch as soon as you can and we will endeavour to put adjustments in place. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we thank you for your patience. If you would like any further information, please get in touch.
