Come and join us for this potentially life changing course and develop your own wellness plan and get back into the driving seat of your life!  Together we will explore what wellness tools are, what we need to do each day to improve and maintain our wellbeing, how to recognise when we might start to become unwell, how to cope in a crisis and much more.  Our friendly and supportive facilitators, will help you every step of the way and they will also share their own lived experience of mental health distress and how their lives have been transformed by using their own wellness plans – and how yours could be too.

To get the most from this in-depth course, we will need to challenge ourselves and work alongside other learners, as well as committing to to attend the sessions.  Please be assured that we provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space in which to develop your wellness plan.

Places on this course are limited and in demand, so ideally learners will have completed at least two previous courses or workshops with us and have attended the Information session (A Plan for Living Well (Information session) This is to make sure that this course is right for you at the present time.  If you would like to know more than please contact the College and one of our facilitators will get in touch.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
