Huddersfield Mission, 3-13 Lord Street, Huddersfield. HD1 1QA

Wellbeing tools
We know that healthy food is important for our physical health, but it can also have a big impact on our mood. In this enlightening, brand-new, one-off workshop, we will explore the crucial connection between nutrition and mental wellbeing and the science behind how key nutrients are essential to support brain health. With the help of Recovery Coach, Erika we will discover foods rich in these vital nutrients and easy ways these can be incorporated into our diets.
This session forms part of a series of 8 Emotional Balance Workshops. You are welcome to attend all 8 or individual ones according to your own needs or interests!
