Do you often find yourself postponing tasks on your ‘to-do’ list? Does this habit leave you feeling frustrated, costing you time and money, and affecting your mood? If so, this could be the workshop for you! Join our friendly facilitators, Karen and Nicky, as we gently delve into the reasons behind procrastination and explore effective, compassionate strategies to overcome it. This workshop features a mix of engaging activities, including small group discussions, creative exercises, and mindfulness practices.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies to help you tackle procrastination with confidence and compassion. You’ll leave feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to take on your ‘to-do’ list with renewed energy.
This session forms part of a series of 8 Emotional Balance workshops. You are welcome to attend all 8 or individual ones according to your own needs or interests!

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
