Do you ever find yourself trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts about past events or worries, stuck in a ‘mental loop’? If so, this one-off workshop is designed to help you break free from these patterns and promote healthier thinking styles. With the help and guidance of our lovely facilitators, Erika and James we will explore rumination, what it is, why it happens and how it can impact on our mental health. We’ll discuss techniques and strategies to help us break the cycle of rumination and develop skills to foster more positive and balanced thinking patterns, enhancing our overall wellbeing.
So, join us to gain a deeper understanding of our thought patterns and learn how to cultivate a healthier, more positive mindset.
This session is part of a series of 8 Emotional Balance Workshops. You are welcome to attend all 8 sessions or choose individual ones that suit your own needs and interests. Each workshop is designed to provide practical tools and insights to help you achieve emotional balance and resilience.
