Wellbeing tools

Join us and let’s discover how to better connect with our communities and combat feelings of loneliness. Over two weeks, together with the help and support of our wonderful Peer Worker, Hannah-May we will discuss the difference between feeling lonely and being socially isolated. We will learn strategies that will enable us to feel content in our own company and to create our own individual plan to help keep us socially connected and engaged with others around us.
