Wellbeing tools

Music is a wonderful thing and can greatly enhance our sense of wellbeing. On this brand-new course we’ll discover how music can help us better manage our emotions and to connect with others.  With the help and support of friendly facilitators, Ash, Joy & Nicky we will learn how our fave tunes can give our mood a boost as well as being a positive way for us to connect with our emotions. So, join us as we create our own personal playlists to help us to feel happier and more connected.
