Improving Your Sleep

Folly Hall, Huddersfield, St Thomas Road, Huddersfield HD1 3LT

My health and me

This one-off learning seminar will help you gain a better understanding of sleep, the impact it has and, most importantly what you can do to sleep better. The session will introduce self-help techniques, such as relaxation, sleep tips and sleep retraining. The idea behind this is to teach you the skills to manage your symptoms and become your own sleep therapist. The session will be facilitated by two friendly psychological wellbeing practitioners alongside a Recovery College volunteer with lived experience of sleep difficulties.

If you are already enrolled with the College, to book your place please email ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk
