This learning seminar aims to help you understand depression, how it affects you and how you can start to feel better. Designed and facilitated by two friendly psychological wellbeing practitioners from Kirklees Talking Therapies service, this learning seminar provides tips and techniques for lifting your mood and breaking the vicious cycle of depression.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
