Understanding Hearing Voices

My health and me

Online courses

Did you know that the experience of hearing voices that other people do not is more common than many of us realise?  Are you interested in developing an understanding of what the experience of hearing voices may mean to you or someone you care about? If so why not come along to this friendly, online workshop co-facilitated by someone with lived experience and someone with professional experience. We will be talking about:

  • how common it is to hear voices
  • different ways of understanding hearing voices
  • some useful ways that people have found to help with hearing voices

If you’d like to find out more about hearing voices, you can read this helpful article by Wakefield Recovery & Wellbeing College.
