It’s time to harness the power of the breath to support us through difficult times. Conscious deep breathing can be used as a mindful tool to regulate our emotions, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and enhance our physical performance. In this one-off session, which forms part of our Emotional Balance series, our fab facilitators will provide guidance and support as we learn the techniques to breathe into our diaphragm. We’ll consider the science of how this can support our wellbeing and offer try at home videos to build a daily breathing practice.
‘Take ownership of your breath, so nobody can steal your peace’
PLEASE NOTE: This workshop will involve deep breathing and a guided relaxation. Please consult your doctor before taking part if you have any issues with breathing or psychosis.
