In this brand-new, four-week course we will get our energy flowing and our minds focused ready to start the day ahead. Together, with the help and support of our fab Peer Worker, Laura, we will explore the benefits of practising gentle movement and a morning meditation before we engage in some simple stretches, followed by a guided meditation. These simple 30 minute sessions will enable us to flow into the day feeling calm and energised.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
