Creative Mindful Doodles

Life skills and interests

Wellbeing tools

Join us for this six-week online course, where we will be learning how to draw artistic doodles, and creating a finished piece of artwork. During the course our fantastic Creative Practitioner, Sara, will be encouraging us to explore different techniques and patterns, and helping us to find inspiration for our doodles from the world around us and from other artists. Each week we will build upon our previous learning and we will end by creating our own unique piece of finished artwork.

You don’t need any artistic experience to make the most of this course, as long as you can hold a pen and make a mark then you can take part and create a piece of art to be proud of! All materials will be provided.
