Weekly Update

Welcome to our weekly update
This Week at the Recovery & Wellbeing College
This week, we’ve been thinking about the role medication can play in mental health recovery. For some, it’s a lifeline—bringing stability and hope. For others, it raises questions, concerns, and sometimes difficult side effects.
That’s why we’re offering My Meds, My Life, a two-week course designed to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore what medication means for you. Whether you’re currently taking it, have done so in the past, or are simply curious, this is a chance to share experiences, learn together, and feel supported in making informed choices.
📅 Starts Friday 30 January 2026
🕙 10:00am – 1:00pm
📍 Folly Hall, Huddersfield
🗓 Runs for 2 weeks
And that’s not all—there are other courses with spaces available below, plus offers from local community organisations to help you connect, grow, and thrive.
Because recovery isn’t just about one thing—it’s about many things coming together: knowledge, support, community, and hope. When we share and learn together, something extraordinary happens.
In case you missed it, you can still read our monthly newsletter, Keeping Connected, below.
