Freedom from Fibromyalgia

Online

My health and me

If you have fibromyalgia or experience chronic pain then join us for this amazing course! Delivered by our partners at Wakefield Recovery College, this 3-week online course will provide an overview of fibromyalgia, what it is and how it affects people in different ways, as well as strategies for improving symptoms. We will learn about their own journey out of fibromyalgia, as well as exploring the different areas of our lives and how we can make adjustments to reduce our symptoms and allow for a better quality of life. The course will cover nutrition, sleep, pain management, relationships, employment and finance, mental health, mindset and values. This is an interactive course where you can share your experiences if you wish to do so. We will also provide some resources, signposting to further support, and guidance towards building a support network for your recovery journey. You are not alone and there is hope for recovery!
