Mindful Mondays: Plastic Fantastic
Howlands Centre, Dewsbury, School Street, Dewsbury, WF13 1LD

Wellbeing tools
Come along and join us for this fun and eco-friendly workshop which will teach us how to take everyday plastics and recycle them into funky ‘forever flowers’ that can be used to brighten up our homes or gardens. They don’t even need looking after and will provide us with years of enjoyment! This truly accessible workshop will inspire us to reimagine and repurpose our plastic waste in creative ways to save it from landfill.
This workshop is delivered in partnership with the lovely Carolyn from Mindful Maker CIC (and previous Recovery College learner/volunteer) and supported by One Community and their Grassroots fund.
This is the final session in our Mindful Monday series of workshops, but if you haven’t missed them you can still book on any number of the other sessions happening in September and October 2024.
If you are already enrolled with the College please email us to request a place at: ckrecovery.wellbeing@swyt.nhs.uk.
If you are new to the Recovery & Wellbeing College, please enrol here.
