Wellbeing tools
Relationships are a big part of our lives — they shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we experience the world around us. But sometimes, relationships can feel confusing, challenging, or even draining.
This brand-new, supportive course is here to help you explore what makes a relationship feel healthy, respectful, and balanced. Our friendly facilitators will gently guide you through key ideas and tools to help you build more awareness and confidence in your connections.
Together, we’ll look at:
- Common relationship patterns and roles
- What healthy vs. unhealthy relationships can look and feel like
- How to tune into your own needs and values
- Ways to start thinking about boundaries and self-respect
You don’t need any prior knowledge — just a willingness to reflect, share (if you feel comfortable), and learn alongside others in a safe and welcoming space.
Please note: This course is not suitable for anyone currently in high-risk or harmful relationships, including those involving domestic abuse or coercion. If this is your experience, you’re not alone — and we can help signpost you to specialist support that’s safe, confidential, and trauma-informed.
