Wellbeing Jar Workshop

Project Colt, Elland, Halifax, Bridgefield Mills, Elland Bridge, Elland, Halifax HX5 0SQ

Wellbeing tools

Come and join us for a fun and creative morning where you will be taught to create a Wellbeing Jar! Over this two-hour course, you will be supported to learn about what a wellbeing jar is, and how it can help with your overall wellbeing by supporting you to improve and maintain your mental health each day. You will also be given the materials needed to create a wellbeing jar that you will be able to keep and take home with you, and you will be supported to learn about what personal items may be placed in a wellbeing jar, so that you can continue to add to your jar from home over time.

This course is for anyone who enjoys creative activities and wants to learn more about how wellbeing tools can be used to support and maintain your mental health and wellbeing over time.

Please note, this venue is in a converted mill, the building is in the process of being improved so that it is more accessible. In the meantime, if you struggle to climb stairs please get in touch as soon as you can and we will endeavour to put adjustments in place.
