This introductory online workshop, delivered by our colleagues at Wakefield Recovery College, could be for you if you’re interested in understanding ways of improving your sleep. During the workshop we will be talking about:

  • Stages of sleep
  • How and why sleep may be disrupted
  • Some techniques which people have found helpful for improving their sleep

The workshop will be facilitated by a team including a person who has experience of poor sleep and a person with professional expertise in this area.

Please note that we also regularly offer a learning seminar about sleep in partnership with Kirklees Talking Therapies, click here for more details of the upcoming session in May: Improving Your Sleep – Calderdale and Kirklees Recovery College
