Weekly Update

College News

July 19, 2024

Welcome to the weekly update.  Have you been watching this space? It’s our pleasure to announce that almost all our courses from September to October half term have now been added to our website, with more to be added in the weeks ahead.  There is such a lot to choose from and something for everyone in venues across Kirklees, Calderdale and online (click here).

With so many options, it might be hard to choose, so here are some tips for booking courses in the Autumn term:-

  • We recommend that you book no more than 3 at once, then when you have completed one course, then book on another so you always have one or two courses to look forward to, without feeling overwhelmed
  • Check that you are available for all the sessions and make sure your chosen courses don’t clash
  • If you need to cancel a course you have booked on, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your place to someone else
  • Use our learner portal or write in your learner welcome pack to remind yourself of the dates of any upcoming courses
  • Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about attending

Do read on to see our Community Offers further down the page for a selection both in Calderdale and Kirklees – there’s plenty to do during the summer.
