Weekly Update
Welcome to the weekly update.
Summer is just around the corner, and we’re celebrating with a new seasonal theme: Time to Shine!
With the lighter evenings and warmer weather (hopefully!), this can be a season for getting outdoors and enjoying simple pleasures like the flowers, birdsong and the beautiful greenery.
Little things like this can help to lift our mood and there are still plenty of things going on at the College too over the next few weeks to help you shine your light a little brighter! See below for more details of our courses, and information about upcoming community services and events.
As we highlighted last week, it’s Volunteers Week and we want to shout out again a huge thanks to our wonderful Volunteers and Friends of the Recovery College – they are what make our College so special.
You can read about their contributions in the latest issue of Keeping Connected – the link is below in case you missed it last week!
